Part of the portfolio-wide rusty_alloc 2.2.5 rollout. This repository sits in a dependency cycle, so remade-updater's wave planner excludes it; the bump is the same one the planned repositories received. - rusty_alloc-api (and rusty_alloc where pinned in lockstep) -> 2.2.5; Cargo.lock moves only the allocator crates (plus portable-atomic, which rusty_alloc 2.x adds behind a target gate: targets without 64-bit atomics). - Where a 1.x pin used `default-features = false`, `features = ["std"]` is added: on 1.x that flag still meant the full crate, on 2.x it selects the no_std single-heap profile (rusty_alloc 2.0.0 changelog, "Breaking"). - 2.2.5 fixes 2.2.1-2.2.4 failing to build in an MSVC consumer that unwinds with LTO.
