ci(renovate): re-verify the Reviewable cut at Renovate 44.143.0 - #2257

modules/platform/pr-body.js is byte-identical between 44.140.0 and 44.143.0, so the body cut is unchanged. Bumps the self-pin with the verified version so the renovate typescript update can land. Co-authored-by: Matt Wilkinson <matt@rigel.build>

Summary
The renovate typescript update (#2161) moves the Renovate self-pin from 44.140.0 to 44.143.0. A test ties that pin to
REVIEWABLE_CUT_VERIFIED_AT, the last Renovate version whose Reviewable body cut was checked by hand.
