Summary
The renovate typescript update (#2161) moves the Renovate self-pin from 44.149.2 to 44.149.3. A test ties that pin to
REVIEWABLE_CUT_VERIFIED_AT, the last Renovate version whose Reviewable body cut was checked by hand.
