- Cited, open source under Apache-2.0. It answers a business's customers from the business's own documents, and every answer shows where it came from. It runs on a page, in a website widget or by voice, and plugs into agents over MCP: Hermes and DeepSeek Harness.
- Katalis Responde, the retrieval system in production behind the Construye book. It answers by text and by voice with citations to the exact passage, under a time budget per question, with an hourly external monitor.
- The Katalis suite (private, in production). A CRM that is also the identity provider (OIDC) for every app, social publishing wired to the CRM, comment-to-DM with tracked WhatsApp links, and email. Three open-source codebases integrated around one identity and one business model.
- Katalis Construye, a finance product for small businesses: a 32-chapter web book (taxes, e-invoicing, the true cost of an employee, pricing) and 18 calculators that run on the business's own numbers.
- Katalis Lab and Katalis Clinic, software for dental labs and clinics.
I direct coding agents instead of writing most of the code by hand. Every change starts from an approved spec (OpenSpec) and its tests. One agent implements, a different one reviews it adversarially and fixes what it finds, and nothing ships without a gate from a clean clone, secret scanning and my sign-off.
