Record the Existential Euphoria relationship in project context

Why

Merged PR #3 made Existential Euphoria an explicit public relationship and added a human-scale treatment of wonder, finitude, and ordinary care. PROJECT-CONTEXT.md still described creative-project connections generically.

Proposed context refresh

Update only the ecosystem section of PROJECT-CONTEXT.md to record that:

• Being Human(e) owns the human-scale treatment of care, grief, boundaries, refusal, and varied responses;
• Existential Euphoria retains its aesthetic and experiential framework;
• the relationship does not turn either project into authority over the other.

START-HERE.md remains accurate and concise, and the README link is present and working, so neither is changed.
