Jacob will return next week, in the meantime we hope to be in the end game of fixing the CI tests that have been broken for so long. Once we are operational again we plan to get caught up to the latest LArSoft/sbncode releases and then can start merging PRs. Hopefully next week... |

Use CMake targets for WireCell libraries. Don't use find_package(larsoft), use find_package for individual larsoft suite packages.
