Patch release of SKaiNET-transformers against engine 0.61.0: the Android runtime's streaming Moonshine libraries (libskainet_moonshine_stream.so, armeabi-v7a and arm64-v8a) are rebuilt with the utterance-start fix (#500).

#501 fixed moonshine_stream_jni.c but the prebuilt libraries in jniLibs/ were not rebuilt, and it was merged after 0.62.1 was cut. The 0.62.0 and 0.62.1 AARs therefore carry the old code, byte-identical, which garbles transcripts on device ("Make it 190" for "Make it 19 degrees in the whole house").

  • 090e90b5 the rebuilt libraries (native/build-moonshine-stream.sh <abi> --vulkan, skainet/iree-android:3.11.0). Tested on a 32-bit Android TV box (Mali, Vulkan): twelve recorded commands transcribe correctly again apart from ordinary mishearings, CPU and GPU alike.
  • 1e421efb release prep: the fix's changelog entry moves from the 0.61.0 section to 0.62.2; README current-release line, BOM coordinates in the docs, VERSION_NAME.

assembleRelease packs exactly these two libraries (sha256 checked against the tested build).

Fixes #500

…art fix

#501 fixed the frontend context at the utterance start in moonshine_stream_jni.c but did not
rebuild the prebuilt libraries the AAR packs, so 0.62.0 and 0.62.1 still carry the old code and
garble transcripts on device ("Make it 190" for "Make it 19 degrees in the whole house").

Rebuilt from the current native sources with native/build-moonshine-stream.sh <abi> --vulkan
(skainet/iree-android:3.11.0) for armeabi-v7a and arm64-v8a. On a 32-bit Android TV box (Mali,
Vulkan) the transcripts of twelve recorded commands are readable again; where compared (three
clips), they match those of a Linux board running the same model.

Refs #500
Transformers-only patch: the Android runtime's streaming Moonshine libraries are rebuilt with the
utterance-start fix (#500), which 0.62.0 and 0.62.1 did not carry. The changelog entry of the fix
moves from the 0.61.0 section to 0.62.2. README current-release line, BOM coordinates in the docs,
VERSION_NAME.
