In one sentence: fixes an issue with the data shown in the first tutorial of Vesuvius

Before:
The data shown in the histogram and the described range below is incoherent.

After this PR:
Simply rerunning the notebook brought the range to the right values.

Why / where this is useful: this is a minor issue but as a newcomer to the project it jumped at me and the fix was trivial.
