Qualification run Each cell downloaded the exact pinned native public release artifacts for Task v3.53.1, just 1.58.0, Nushell 0.115.1, and MiniZinc 2.10.1; required the GitHub-published SHA-256 digest to match before extraction/execution; then exercised discovery/execution or the bounded optimization probe. Structured per-cell evidence is retained as short-lived Actions artifacts. One earlier macOS ARM64 failure was an unauthenticated GitHub API rate-limit in the harness, not a candidate/platform failure. The harness now uses the workflow's read-only token only for release metadata and strips both Keeping this PR draft while deciding whether the qualification harness should become a permanent public capability or remain a disposable lab. |

xa11y Windows ARM64 Python candidate update (public-safe):
The earlier control against the annotated tag target also built a native ARM64 wheel but exposed xa11y's post-tag version synchronization (wheel metadata remained 0.13.0), so the successful rep deliberately pinned the release-synchronized public source instead of overriding metadata. Disposition: candidate is qualified in the public lab. No upstream issue/PR has been opened; next gate is reconstruction in an actual public xa11y fork and fork-produced artifact dogfood. |
