End-to-End Recruitment Management Application | Salesforce Platform
RecruitForce is a cloud-based Recruitment Management Application built on the Salesforce Platform, designed to streamline position tracking, applicant pipelines, review scoring, and security controls. The project features production-ready Salesforce DX metadata source files, alongside an interactive, premium local web simulator portal to test flows, database relationships, and Field-Level Security (FLS) locally.
- Relational Data Modeling: Custom Objects (
Position__c,Candidate__c,Job_Application__c,Review__c) architected with Master-Detail and Lookup relationships to maintain database integrity and enable cascading deletes. - Declarative Process Automation: Record-Triggered Flows configured to automatically notify interviewers via email alerts upon new application submissions and auto-activate Job Positions.
- Field-Level Security & Profiles: Profile and Permission Set configurations to secure sensitive HR salary data (
Min_Pay__c,Max_Pay__c) and mask Candidate Social Security Numbers (SSN__c) for interviewers. - Lightning Dashboard & Reports: Dynamic layout grids aggregating active hiring funnel metrics, applicant stages, and scorecard ratings.
- Interactive Local Simulator: A fully functional glassmorphic Single Page Application (
index.html,app.css,app.js) to locally simulate user interactions, FLS toggles, and live Flow executions with visual email console logs.

You can launch and interact with the recruitment simulator immediately without logging into a Salesforce sandbox:
- Navigate to the project root directory.
- Open index.html in Google Chrome or any modern web browser.
- Toggle between HR Recruiter and Standard Interviewer profiles in the top bar to experience Field-Level Security restrictions in real-time.
- Submit a new Job Application to trigger the animated Declarative Flow Simulator and view simulated email notifications.
Deploy the recruitment package directly to your Salesforce environment using the Salesforce CLI:
- Ensure the Salesforce CLI (
sf) is installed on your local machine. - Authenticate your target Salesforce Org:
sf org login web -a recruitmentOrg
- Deploy the metadata package source files:
sf project deploy start
- Open the org in your browser to verify:
sf org open -o recruitmentOrg
This project demonstrates clean database architecture and declarative process design on the Salesforce Cloud.
