Refactor: separate sub-classes for multistate and piecewise constant #6

Currently methods for the miniPCH class check which fields the object has to distinguish between multistate and piecewise constant hazards objects. This works naturally for the plotting functions, but isn't the best workaround for the summary and print methods.
