The CI badges referenced backend_build.yml and frontend_build.yml on master; the workflows are backend_build_check.yml and frontend_build_check.yml and the default branch is develop, so both badges rendered as "no status". The license link pointed at LICENSE.md on master, but the file is LICENSE on develop.
The rename Readme.md -> README.md in 7d3cd2c conflicts with #536, which branched before it. Reverting the readme portion of that commit only, so the contributor's badge/license fixes can merge cleanly and keep their authorship. The rename and the remaining link fixes will be reapplied on top afterwards.
