Prepare the first Rust-backed Python release and align the five Rust crates at 0.2.0. Add native wheel builds, source-package verification, and gated PyPI/crates.io publishing on GitHub releases. Update documentation links and migration notes, fix stale Python imports and Search iteration, and include the package license.
