The README linked to PURPOSE.md, which is not in the repository and is not added by any open pull request. The purpose document is docs/PURPOSE-SmartMount.md, added by open Draft PR #5, so the link now points at that path and names the pending PR, matching how the same dated section already cites #3, #4, #6 and #9. The 2026-09 local-web research note recorded a private internal address (host plus port) for the local model endpoint, in a repository that is public. Replaced it with a neutral description of what it was, so the provider line still reads correctly without publishing infrastructure details. Also repaired clearly corrupted text in the same file: three tokens where non-Hebrew script had been spliced into the middle of a Hebrew word, one garbled non-word, and a duplicated QUESTIONS_FOR_OWNER item.
