Summary

  • Rewrites the alloy scrap section of projects/Recycler/docs/SYSTEM.md with the configuration moved out of the Recycler README's License section: per-unit base and catalyst rolls, return_rates.alloy_scrap, scrap_catalyst_return_rates (whitelist_paths, tiers, default), the legacy scrap_gem_return_rates fallback, preview and zero-yield behaviour, and the AdvancedCrafting 2.2.5 requirement.
  • Fixes stale text that contradicted main: the guide said scrap returned one base per scrap scaled by alloy_scrap with round-down ("a single scrap at 0.5 is a zero-yield deposit"), and that 2.2.0 was enough. Recycler now rolls each recorded unit independently and pins AdvancedCrafting 2.2.5 (ScrapProvenance.readInputs).
  • Updates docs/ARCHITECTURE.md to match (provider table, resolution flow, dependency version) and adds nav lines to both guides.
  • Verified against AlloyScrapProvider, ConfigLoader, RecycleResult, InventoryManager, config.yml and pom.xml on Recycler main, and ScrapProvenance on AdvancedCrafting main.

Paired source PR: TF-Minecraft/Recycler#30. Merge this first or together with it.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Move the scrap recovery configuration out of the Recycler README into the
system guide, replacing the stale one-base-per-scrap description with the
per-unit base and catalyst rolls on main. Verified against
AlloyScrapProvider, ConfigLoader, RecycleResult and config.yml.
