Moved from the TFMCCore source repository's RESOURCE_PACK.md and updated for current main: /tfmc pack is native and already uses the multipart route, so only the ConditionalEvents join action needs `tcore pack`. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
