Use coal fuel and item-rendered bombs in default configs

Summary

• Remove Arcane Fuel from the shipped fuel registry and switch the shipped vehicle examples to coal blocks.
• Render Small Bomb and Bomb Rack projectiles with the iron nugget model-data 4203 item model, so they do not need a bundled small_bomb ModelEngine blueprint or MythicMobs dummy.
• Keep TFMC's ServerAssets MythicMobs projectile config unchanged; this change only updates VehicleFramework defaults and the standalone free pack.

The matching free pack V3.2 archive is prepared from the V3.1 release and removes Arcane Fuel's 4210 selectors and art, updates the configs, and documents Cloudskimmer Bomb Rack reload/fire steps. Archive contents were checked for stale Arcane Fuel/4210 references and both bomb model entries.

Verification

• Development JAR compiles and passes runtime artifact validation.
• Full local Maven verify reaches tests but has failures caused by local plugin dependency classpath conflicts (SQLite and SLF4J); the CI build on this PR is the authoritative pinned-dependency check.
