Avoid static array to avoid elf_loader alignment bug

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Updated the Web Server app’s release version to 0.3.0.
  • User-facing behavior
    • Wi-Fi mode selection remains unchanged: “Station” and “Access point” are still available in the same order, with the same labels and click behavior. This update does not change how users select either mode or what happens when they tap these options.

Walkthrough

The Web Server app version name changes from 0.2.0 to 0.3.0, and its version code changes from 2 to 3. Wi-Fi mode chip setup moves into a helper that creates and configures the Station and Access point chips in the existing order.

Priority: Low

Merge Risk: Minimal · up to 7a9da

The changes are limited to a compatible version bump and behavior-preserving Wi-Fi chip setup refactoring.
