🧹 Remove unused parameter cloning in sqlite standard library functions

🎯 What: Removed unused params_list variable declarations and associated vector cloning from execute and query functions in stdlib/src/sqlite.rs.

💡 Why: The cloned params_list was dead code. The subsequent params variable essentially duplicated the logic to extract and convert the list arguments. By removing this dead code, we eliminate unnecessary vector allocations and cloning, improving readability and minorly optimizing memory usage without changing functionality.

✅ Verification: Ran cargo test --workspace locally to ensure all tests passed, confirming no regressions in SQLite stdlib functionality. Reviewed the patch to ensure it exclusively removed dead code.

✨ Result: A cleaner sqlite.rs file, free of unnecessary allocations, leading to slightly better maintainability and performance.
