🧹 Fix: Update placeholder in migration script comment

🎯 What: Replaced the generic xxx placeholder with <module> in a comment in scripts/migrate_syntax.py.
💡 Why: To prevent automated issue trackers and linters from falsely flagging the documentation line as an unresolved TODO or pending task, while preserving the intended meaning of the comment. Adjusted line padding to retain visual formatting.
✅ Verification: Verified by running workspace tests.
✨ Result: The code remains fully functional, but no longer contains the problematic placeholder in the documentation.
