🧹 [code health] Remove unnecessary Rc clone in database module

🎯 What: Removed unnecessary ctx.resources.clone() before borrowing in stdlib/src/database.rs.
💡 Why: ctx.resources is an Rc<RefCell<ResourceTable>>. Calling clone() on it increments the reference count only to immediately borrow it and let the clone drop. We can safely and directly call borrow() on ctx.resources without cloning the Rc, improving both readability and performance (avoiding atomic refcount bumps).
✅ Verification: Verified by checking git diff that the correct exact replacement was applied in both std_database_query and std_database_execute, ran cargo fmt --all, and then verified all workspace tests via cargo test --workspace still pass without issue.
✨ Result: Cleaner code and no unnecessary Rc allocations/clones in database executions.
