🧹 Remove unnecessary Rc clone in database module

🎯 What: Removed unnecessary clone of ctx.resources before borrowing it.
💡 Why: ctx.resources is an Rc<RefCell<ResourceTable>>. Calling borrow() takes a reference (&self), so cloning the Rc first is redundant and adds unnecessary runtime overhead (incrementing and decrementing the reference count).
✅ Verification: Verified by running cargo test --workspace --all-targets and cargo fmt --all locally.
✨ Result: Improved execution efficiency in database functions by avoiding a redundant Rc clone without changing behavior.
