style: fix formatting in native_runtime

I fixed the formatting issue in runtime/native_runtime/src/lib.rs which was causing the Verify formatting check to fail in the CI pipeline. I also explored the rest of the repository to ensure there are no other issues and confirmed that all tests (Rust, Python, graphify, format, etc) pass locally. All required changes are made.
