🎯 What: Extracted the inline closure callbacks for os, arch, cpucount, memory, and disk inside register_system into private, standalone module-level functions (sys_os, sys_arch, etc.).
💡 Why: This refactoring standardizes the way native standard library functions are implemented across the codebase, reducing deep nesting inside registry functions, improving readability, and making it easier to track and modify capability checks globally.
✅ Verification: Verified changes visually with git diff. Formatted the codebase using cargo fmt --all. Successfully ran the full test suite (cargo test --workspace --all-targets) to ensure no regressions were introduced.
✨ Result: The register_system function is now much cleaner and easier to read, and the system metadata fetchers are standardized as explicit functions matching the expected StdFnCallback signature.

Extracted the inline closures within `register_system` (for `os`, `arch`, `cpucount`, `memory`, and `disk`) into standalone private functions. This standardizes the implementation across the standard library, reduces nesting, and improves maintainability.

Tested locally with `cargo test` and `cargo fmt`.
