🎯 What: Removed the unused wrap_top_level_statements function and its #[allow(dead_code)] attribute in compiler/parser/src/lib.rs.
💡 Why: This function was dead code and not referenced anywhere in the codebase. Removing it reduces codebase size, cleans up the parser implementation, and resolves a code health issue related to unused allowances.
✅ Verification: Verified by checking the entire workspace and confirming no code references this function. Ran the full techscript_parser test suite and the workspace test suite (cargo test --workspace) to ensure no regressions were introduced.
✨ Result: A cleaner codebase with the dead code removed and no unused allow warnings.

Removed the `wrap_top_level_statements` function and its `#[allow(dead_code)]`
attribute as it was unused and unreferenced throughout the codebase.
