Optimize About page as organization identity surface

Summary

Rebuild /about/ as the organization-level identity surface for The Interdependency LLC instead of mixing founder biography, a commercial experiment, personal/LLC spending, subscriptions, and tax timing on one page.

This change:

• keeps The Interdependency LLC, The Interdependent Way, Erin Spencer, and the website as distinct identities;
• adds one source record for visible organization facts and Organization JSON-LD;
• renders the requested What we do / Differentiators / Who uses / Team / How it works / Key facts / FAQ structure;
• cross-links the existing public Person JSON-LD to the new Organization identity;
• preserves /about-me/, /about-the-site/, and /by-the-builder/ as their existing owners;
• removes stale finance, subscription, tax, payment, and precise-location material from the organization About route;
• keeps unknown founding-date and headquarters facts explicit as hmmm and omits them from JSON-LD rather than guessing.

Authority boundaries

• The Wayseer canon remains external canonical authority for The Interdependent Way.
• Repository-owned projects retain their own implementation, theorem, proof, evidence, license, and correction authority.
• /about/ owns organization identity only.
• /about-me/ owns the founder-authored narrative.
• /about-the-site/ owns site construction/orientation.
• /by-the-builder/ owns the attributed AI-builder journal.

• the footer exposes the new organization route.

The full repository release gate remains authoritative for build/runtime validation.

Usage guidance

Edit organization identity facts in src/_data/organization.json; do not duplicate them into the template. Keep person-level narrative in /about-me/ and site-policy material in /about-the-site/. Add a structured field only when an owning public source supports it; otherwise preserve the boundary as hmmm.
