Recompute the work-graph digest after editing the payload
Hashing exactly repositories and boundaries as canonical compact, key-sorted JSON—the stack-manifest 1.0.0 contract—produces 5d3b887d6165f3a5154c32b37378cee7e385bcb83b833a5f85bf01ec6afa6ca1, not the stored 682831...; moreover, docs/native-mobius-comparison.md lines 182–185 still publish the previous bd1059... identity. Any consumer validating this updated graph or following its documentation will therefore reject or resolve the wrong artifact, so recompute the digest from the final payload and synchronize the documented identity.

Correct the reversed Stack dependency edge
When a consumer reconstructs this work graph, this relation says that the UCNS comparison consumed the substituted Stack implementation. That reverses the documented edge: docs/native-mobius-comparison.md identifies the unchanged native-motion module as the comparison's dependency, while Stack #57 is the downstream consumer. Describe Stack as historical problem evidence/downstream consumption instead; otherwise the manifest falsely presents non-geometric codec code as an input to UCNS geometry.

Pin the evidence that invalidates the provenance edge
When a later consumer audits or replays this retirement decision, conversation-history review does not identify an immutable transcript, artifact, or unresolved participant from which the substitution finding can be recovered. The conclusion changes the authority graph but its deciding evidence is absent from this otherwise exact input manifest; pin that evidence source, or explicitly record its identity as unavailable instead of presenting the review result as reproducible provenance.

Updates the historical native Möbius comparison work graph so the pinned Stack URPCS input is explicitly treated as evidence for the substituted codec only, not Erin Spencer's intended URPCS construction. Recomputes the work-graph digest and carries the unresolved substitution cause as
hmmm.
