Content epochs were built as S129-S135, S129 closed the campaignVersion gap on raw deserialize, and #565 decided the public brand. Each entry keeps its history and gains the outcome, following the register's existing Resolved-note convention.

Three open-register entries under Found by the 2026-10-03 repository review in
design/90-decisions.mdstill described work as pending. Each one now records how it was settled:campaignVersiongap on rawdeserializesaid it "stays open in code until that slice lands". It now says S129 (S129 — Every game plays the content it names #587) closed it:deserializeresolves the state's epoch and refusesunknown_campaignwhen the version doesn't resolve. That is checked insrc/engine/src/core/kernel/engine.ts, with a test inengine.test.ts.docs/docs/engine/OPEN-QUESTIONS.mdis regenerated from the register. No contract or design semantics changed, so the guide was not restamped.Verified
