What

Syncs this repository's per-repo AgentKit files to kit v2026.10.06.1 (4143732), reconciled per the kit's INSTALL.md.

• .claude/kit.json — recorded kit 4143732 (v2026.10.06.1), was 6292aeb (v2026.09.24-21-g6292aeb)
• AGENTS.md — pointer section now resolves AGENTS.shared.md through AGENTKIT_HOME/~/.agent-kit at read time instead of a fixed or PowerShell-specific path; the rest of the file is unchanged
• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug.md — replaced an unedited older kit copy with the current one
• codex/PROFILES.md — replaced an unedited older kit copy with the current one
• .claude/settings.json — removed the SessionEnd hook that ran the missing tools/Measure-Session.ps1; no other key changed
• design/90-decisions.md — recorded the hook removal and the alternatives rejected

Kept as is

• Nothing the kit would change was edited here.
• Every design document this repository wrote, and every project rule in its instruction files.

Left for you

• .claude/settings.json still has a UserPromptSubmit hook that runs Measure-Session.ps1, which no longer exists, so it fails on every prompt. This sync removes only the SessionEnd hook; remove this one too, or point it at a script that exists.
• The instruction files still name 52 retired kit command(s) or mechanism(s) (/track, /slice, /check, /resolve, Handoff mode, design/state, …). That text is this repository's own, so the sync leaves it; /align is the place to settle it.

• git diff --check clean.
• .git/hooks/commit-msg (machine-local, not in this diff): refreshed from an older kit copy.
• CI on this pull request is the gate for everything else.
