芯步（thingboot）云平台 —— 下一代公开 API 服务（v1 REST + OpenAPI + MCP + tools）。
同一二进制可多实例部署：每台通过配置 features 段勾选自己提供的功能
（rest / mcp / tools，共用一个 HTTP 监听，未勾选的路径返回 404）。
本轮为骨架阶段：仅装配机制与占位端点，业务端点后续阶段实现。
