Written-by: Release Mechanical release under the [standing approval for mechanical release PRs](AGENTS.md#standing-approval-mechanical-release-prs): it folds the 48 changelog fragments on `main` into `## [0.2.14] - 2026-10-30` and bumps the core to `0.2.14`. This is the 2026-10-30 (Asia/Shanghai) beat; tagging the merge commit `v0.2.14` is the separate step after the merge. ## What changed (only the files the standing approval allows) - `CHANGELOG.md`: `changelog.mjs release 0.2.14 --date 2026-10-30` folded all 48 fragments; `[Unreleased]` left empty; no hand edits. - `changelog.d/`: the 48 folded fragments removed; `README.md` untouched. - `core/package.json`, `core/package-lock.json`: `0.2.13` -> `0.2.14`. - `patches/ds-bot/0007-version-and-tooling.patch`: its three added version lines bumped by hand (no `git` binary on this box).
