Refactor codebase into thin modules

Summary

• split oversized bot, session, card, i18n, tmux, and transcript modules into focused components
• make live-card RUNNING/IDLE and carrier transitions explicit and transactional
• keep stalled active sessions observable via terminal pane and show only ⚠️ for stalled background sessions
• document the architecture in English, Russian, and Chinese
• add the repository-scoped ccbot send-file skill with a safe direct fallback

Validation

• 1045 pytest tests passed
• Ruff check and format check passed
• Pyright: 0 errors
