TTLEM3D is a landscape evolution model that simulates fluvial incision and hillslope denudation in purely eroding landscapes characterized by 3D-variations in rock erodibilities. It builds on the previous model TTLEM by Campforts et al. (2017) and the computational building blocks implemented in TopoToolbox (Schwanghart and Scherler, 2014).
TTLEM3D requires MATLAB and TopoToolbox which needs the Image Processing Toolbox and the Mapping Toolbox. You'll find the latest version of TopoToolbox here.
Installation requires the file ttlem3d.mltbx which is found in the folder release. Download it and double-click to install.
Alternatively, pull the repository to your harddrive and add all files and folders in the toolbox-folder to MATLAB's search path (see MATLAB functions addpath and genpath).
Once you have downloaded and installed TTLEM3D, type
help ttlem3d
in your MATLAB console. You'll find a description of how to run TTLEM3D and there is an example of the bottom of the help. Moreover, there are several LiveScripts in the folder examples.
