feat(market): add macro events to calendar

Summary

• extend the existing Market Calendar reference board with FMP economic calendar events
• default the calendar to macro releases with country and importance filters, local-time display, and responsive desktop/mobile layouts
• preserve partial-source errors and normalize older hosted responses that omit economic events
• update demo fixtures, translations, contracts, route coverage, and timing-safe menu focus assertions exposed by the broader UI test closure
