Each system's talkgroups are chosen with the SDK's Talkgroups: every talkgroup, only some (except some), or all but some. Lists take ranges (1000-1099) as well as numbers and patterns, and an entry that is none of them stops the plugin starting, naming it. Lists saved before still apply.
