Cuts 2.33.0 for the UsageQuota fix merged in #43.
package.json/package-lock.json: 2.32.0 → 2.33.0. Minor, not patch: an existing exported type changes shape (the old flat fields were never on the wire, so nothing that compiled against them ever worked at runtime) and an optional field is added. Same convention as 2.31.0, the previous types-only release.CHANGELOG.md: entry under Fixed (shape) and Added (resetsInSeconds, absent on API deployments before 2026-09-21).Verified from a clean
