- Versioned, failure-safe localStorage module (shared/storage) - fetch wrapper with typed ApiError (shared/api) - MSW mock for POST /api/register: validation (400), duplicate email (409), simulated failure for fail@example.com (500), 201 with user and token. Same handlers run in the browser worker and in Vitest - Router with AppLayout and placeholder Home, Register, Account and Not found pages; React Query provider - Bootstrap: start MSW, create router, render - Tests for storage, the mock API and routing The Redux store moves to Stage 5 with the first slice. Document the MSW 3 import paths and option names in backend.md.
