Adds
xpu/reduce.hpp(included fromxpu.hpp) withaccumulate,average, andgeometric_mean, built onparallel_reduce_sum.Rebase fixups:
parallel_reduce_sumfrom parallel_reduce_sum: drop caller scratch, keep default pool cached #10make_unique<T>(1uz)instead ofmake_unique<T>(), so this PR doesn't depend on the cleanup PR__host__ __device__lambdas, which need--extended-lambdaand broke the CUDA buildTested: CPU build, 11/11 ctest pass, plus a smoke check on {1,2,4,8}: sum 15, average 3.75, geometric mean 2√2. CUDA 13.3 build compiles.
