Summary

Add a CUDA compile job to the PR workflow using a GitHub-hosted runner. It uses CUDA 13.3.1 and GCC 15, treats nvcc warnings as errors, and builds the CUDA test targets without requiring a GPU.

The job then installs xpu and builds a separate consumer against the exported xpu::xpu and xpu::linalg targets. This checks the installed headers, CUDA definition, C++23 compile settings, and link dependencies. The existing GPU suite retains the runtime SoA view regression test.

Validation

  • Built all CUDA test targets locally with nvcc warnings treated as errors.
  • Installed xpu and compiled and linked the consumer against the installed targets.
  • Parsed the workflow YAML and ran git diff --check.

Closes #14
