unchain foundation

Sovereign rails for an unchained economy.

We build tools for people who refuse to ask for permission to move their own wealth.

The current financial system is designed to surveil, freeze, and dictate who gets to transact. Centralized exchanges force users to upload their private identity documents—only to leak them later or lock accounts at the first sign of pressure. Meanwhile, naive decentralized tools leave users defenseless against stolen funds, phishing, and retroactive blacklists.

We exist to break that compromise. We don't ask users to trust us, our servers, or our intentions. We write client-side cryptographic guarantees where self-sovereignty and privacy are enforced by math, not promises.

What We Are Building

1. zk-Shielded P2P Exchange

A direct peer-to-peer settlement layer. Instead of storing selfies and identity documents in vulnerable databases, we integrate client-side zkTLS circuits. Users prove humanity and account authority locally—barring phishing actors and stolen fiat from the market while keeping honest traders completely pseudonymous.

2. Multi-Hop Risk Radar

Public ledgers never forget. A single transfer from a tainted pool or a flagged cluster can silently freeze a wallet across international platforms. Our risk engine inspects transaction provenance several hops upstream, operating both inside our exchange rails and as an autonomous API to keep sovereign wallets clean of systemic crosshairs.

3. Zero-Trace Protocol

Public transparency has been weaponized into total surveillance. Zero-Trace is an EVM-native shielded pool powered by Circom, Groth16 proofs, and reusable stealth addresses. It breaks deterministic tracking graphs and restores fungibility to digital assets with minimal gas overhead.

Core Engineering Principles

  • Non-Custodial by Design: We never take custody of user funds or hold private keys. If a system requires our operational permission to release funds, it is broken.
  • Zero Identity Custody: We do not harvest, store, or sell personal identifiable information (PII). Verification must occur client-side via zero-knowledge proofs.
  • Defensive Engineering: We do not sell hype or market vaporware. We ship hardened, audited software built to survive in an adversarial environment.
  • No Rent-Seeking: Protocols exist to remove friction and arbitrary gatekeepers, not to extract predatory fees.

Focus & Trajectory

  1. Hardening the Core (Q4 2026): Complete refactor of the P2P engine with zkTLS attestation. Private Alpha rollout to our initial community cohort.
  2. Threat Intelligence (Q1 2027): Public and embedded release of the multi-hop risk radar and developer API.
  3. Confidentiality Layer (Q2 2027): Deployment of Zero-Trace shielded pool contracts and stealth address routing on EVM.

Code defensively. Build for sovereignty.
