Unvanquished is a real-time strategy game played as a first-person shooter where evolving aliens and heavily armed humans fight for their survival.
Unvanquished is a free and open source game, orginally based on Tremulous and a continuation of it. The Dæmon game engine emerged from the engines of Quake III Arena, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory and XreaL and has evolved through decade of improvements, bringing contemporary features and targeting modern platforms.
