OpenTofu CI (opentofu.yml)

A self-contained, minimal reusable workflow for validating, formatting, testing, and linting OpenTofu configurations across VisiCore infrastructure repositories.

Usage

In your repository (e.g. .github/workflows/tofu-ci.yml):
