…efore install The release job's "Configure npm for GitHub Packages" step wrote the write-scoped GITHUB_TOKEN into .npmrc before npm ci and build. This package has zero @WYRE-AI dependencies (it is the published package, not a consumer of the registry), so install/build never needed that auth -- the token sat on disk, readable by any compromised dependency lifecycle script, for no reason. Moved the .npmrc write to immediately before the one step that needs it. Follow-up to the node-huntress#43 CodeRabbit finding (persist-credentials fix, already merged) -- that PR fixed the checkout credential, this one fixes the separate .npmrc-write-before-install exposure flagged in the same fleet sweep.

- Line 88: Update the “Configure npm for GitHub Packages” step to pass
secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN through the step’s env and reference GITHUB_TOKEN in the
shell command that writes the npm auth token to .npmrc, rather than
interpolating the secret directly into the run script.
