…t editor * Remove `core/projects` module including project management, classpath indexing, and workspace models. * Refactor `ToolingApiAppender` to use `IdeLogRouter` for forwarding logs to the tooling API client. * Update `subprojects/layout-editor` to use the `Theme.AndroidIDE` parent theme and remove feedback button and tooltip integrations. * Introduce `OrientationUtilities` and `ReportCaughtExceptionEvent` to `core/common` and `eventbus-events`. * Update logging encoders and layouts (`IDELogFormatLayout`, `IDELogFormatEncoder`) to follow a consistent verbose pattern. * Clean up various layout editor resources including launcher icons and help FAB.
