Closes #16.
The browser review release was still documented as unmerged, while current spending and runtime evidence was scattered. This records the verified #12 merge/production deployment and a bounded release go/no-go: deterministic checks pass, but broader promotion remains gated on actual provider spend limits and unresolved runtime/transport evidence.
The report separates the 13 pre-existing advisory package entries from demonstrated reachability, documents the active per-IP firewall and environment-name observations without raw private metadata, and drafts conditional focused remediation packets. No packages, budgets, firewall rules, credentials or production data changed. The only delivery guard is
git.deploymentEnabled: falsefor this exact review branch, following the existing pattern to prevent automatic preview deployment.Validation: unchanged lockfile installed with
npm ci --ignore-scripts; all 19 Node tests, typecheck and lint passed. Fresh npm audit returned the same 13 findings (4 moderate/9 high), not a security pass. Relative source links, branch-only guard and diff whitespace checks passed; secret scan of the staged diff passed. Independent read-only review found no blocker.Fresh build/browser/model/Redis tests were not run for this documentation-only packet; linked main CI evidence is explicitly historical. Provider spend settings, actual Redis health, live legacy transport behavior and human/semantic gates remain unverified. No merge or deployment requested.
