Wave 2b left leftover-key sentences as present-tense. After C1 those would be newly stale, so the matching lines in docs/browser-review.md, docs/critique-evals.md, docs/visual-critique-evidence.md, and docs/review-release-readiness.md now say the guards were removed.

Out of scope

• C3 unused exported types in lib/rate-limit.ts — verify-with-human; no external importers, but not unexported here
• Open Review selected still images with asset-grounded suggestions and portable decisions #22 image gate and merged PR Make Film Club room mutations atomic #28 product code (untouched)
• p1 D1–D8 (already shipped in docs: Wave 2b p1 — repair 8 misleading review/club docs #33)
• No outbound, no secrets, no product-behavior change

Validation

Commands run:

• npm ci --ignore-scripts — installed
• npm run typecheck — passed
• npm run lint — passed
• npm test — passed, 50 Node tests (Redis integration still skipped)
• npm run build — passed; /icon.svg remains a static route
• GitHub Actions Verify / verify — passed

Commands not run:

• Live wedges.dev probe (no outbound)
• npm run test:browser locally / paid evals (docs + unused-asset cleanup; no product logic; CI Verify includes the browser suite)
• Redis integration (CLUB_TEST_* unset; skip is the documented gate)
• npm audit (out of scope)

Grep: D9–D12 stale phrases and unused public/*.svg refs remain only in the Wave 1 audit inventory.
