Audit of every service spec vs the live tools found all 8 paywall_* tools pointing at the gateway host (404 since the Hetzner move); tenant API is paywall-admin. Fixed with a regression test. Adds paywall_demo_weather and 3 prompts. 13/13 tests pass.
