Do not write the organization ID that the user did not change.
The department flow sends the fetched practice_id, and the practice flow sends the fetched department_id. If another assignment changes that ID after getById returns, this update writes the older value back. The backend writes each ID whenever its key is present. Send only the selected organization ID, using an update contract that preserves omitted fields. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Report and reconcile partial assignments.
If a later member lookup or update fails, earlier updates remain committed. This catch block reports only a failure. It does not report how many members changed or invoke the page’s refresh callback. Track completed updates, refresh after a partial failure, and identify which members still need assignment.

Reviewed c88c487. The new drawer fetches current member values before applying updates, but the new assignment flow bypasses mandatory localization throughout. Please localize the new actions and drawer before merging. Also replace the new hardcoded white floating-toolbar background with an Ant Design theme token so it follows dark mode. Review is based on the current diff and the getById/update contracts; no live bulk changes were made.

[P2] Localize the new bulk assignment flow. The drawer title, assignment button, Selected Members heading, select label/placeholder/empty state, and success/error messages are built from hardcoded English strings; the two new toolbar buttons are also hardcoded. Changing the application language leaves the entire new workflow in English. Use t() with defaultValue and interpolation/pluralization, and add keys to the supported locale namespaces as required by AGENTS.md.
