Distribution-only copy from canonical private infrastructure checker, accepted source commit 0c26d43d47c14d0a1d0da1be4b61d43f9ff71707 / merged PR #168 at 6f5a51eafdcc9df4039a79f3c2920845661f7cd8. Exact MIT-licensed standalone checker with SHA256SUMS, public-only regression consumer, documented restrictions, and a public GitHub Actions distribution check. One checker source of truth remains in infrastructure. No private config, credentials, vault, ADR contents or production activation. Local fixture and checksum passed; verify hosted checks before merge.
