此外: 警告信息:

换了几台电脑和网络，也重装了不同版本的R, 还是无法使用,请y叔确定一下是否存在其他问题哈。 设置options(timeout = 180000)

As a first check: are you able to open the URL https://rest.kegg.jp/link/hsa/pathway directly in e.g. Firefox or Edge?
I then see this:

If not, this indicates something is going on with your internet connection. You might be behind a proxy?

Also: make sure you use up-to-date versions of R, Bioconductor and clusterProfiler (and its dependencies).
